In winter you will enjoy sitting around the open fire place in this ancient traditional mountain house ,

In summer you will find the stone walls protecting you from the heat. Enjoy our ice-creams, and home-made deserts or our great choice of beers and traditional local aperitifs (herbal Hypocras, elderflower Sambuc, sparkling Blanquettes de Limoux wine, sweet Muscat de Rivesaltes...)

We also have a choice of books on the Cathars and the Middle Ages for sale.
